Yes — but not for the reasons you'd think. I wouldn't regret doubting the belief system. I'd regret not doubting it sooner. So much of what I was handed as "the right way to live" was just inherited customs — no logic, no reasoning, just fear dressed up as faith. Rules invented by humans, attributed to God. The real regret? Letting that shrink me. The life I held back, the experiences I skipped, the version of myself I never explored — all because of a "do this, don't do this" ceiling that was never God's to begin with. That's the only regret worth carrying.
